"Some chapters build you,
others teach you."

My time at Ipsos reminded me what great culture feels like; where people are heard, trusted, and inspired to grow. I’m truly grateful for those foundations.

In the later chapters after moving on from Ipsos, I learned how fragile that culture can be when trust is placed in the wrong hands. When control replaces collaboration and fear replaces respect, good people quietly walk away, not because they stopped caring, but because they were no longer cared for.

Mental health at work isn’t a buzzword; it’s the heartbeat of every thriving organization. Leadership isn’t about authority, it’s about awareness, empathy, and the courage to truly listen.

I move forward with gratitude for the places that built me, and clarity from the lessons that taught me what kind of person I’ll never be.

Ready for the next adventure soon.
